What an awesome Kickboxing Class!

Tonight at Seattle Tae Kwon Do we had a super Kickboxing class, with 20 hot, sweaty Kickboxers. There seems to be a growing cue to start some day classes. If you are in favor of adding some day classes, post a reply. It was super to have Paul Rambin in class with his son, Kaleb. Jeff Lageson was very supportive to everyone and Andy and Nathan worked like machines.... geeze, I don't think they every run our of steam. There was a super energy in class and I am so thankful for everyone that joined in tonight. The students are what makes the school. Thank you to everyone! - Master Richards
